Single daylight press line for gluing sandwich panel with pre-formed foam
For technical or economic reasons it could be useful to produce sandwich panels with an insulating core that is already formed and gluing it to many different materials: steel, aluminum, fiberglass, wood based panels and others.
Considering the required productivity and the technological characteristics of different products we can offer the following range of solutions: manual loading single or multi-daylight hot presses – cold press lines for stack pressing – hot press lines composed of motorized belt conveyor for panel layup and press loading, automatic downstroke press and gravity roller out-feed conveyor.
This configurations can be upgraded by adding: an automatic panel feeding unit, a panel cleaning machine, a glue spreader, a semiautomatic or fully automatic lay-up station and semi-automatic or fully automatic panel stacking unit. The highest level of automation available for our press lines can completely eliminate the need of human intervention to operate the line.
We can also offer press lines for both foaming and gluing.
