Italpresse has developed a wide range of hydraulic presses for the molding of external or entrance doors made of aluminium or steel sheet, up to 2 mm thick.

Depending on the products to be made, it is possible to:

• mold aluminium or steel sheets 
• mold and counter-mold system
• a system with a single mold and compensator cushion.

We can also offer presses and pressing lines to glue the molded sheets to the “core” support panel (normally MDF or foamed polyurethane panel and to profiles made of aluminium or other materials.
